We work alongside solicitors and other professionals. Legal work remains with the family’s solicitor; Beyond Paperwork takes care of the agreed practical administration.
When the practical tasks become too much
Our service is for family members, carers and individuals who need help understanding what needs to be done and keeping track of the work.
A useful referral when someone:
- Feels overwhelmed by the number of organisations to contact.
- Is supporting a bereaved relative alongside work or caring responsibilities.
- Needs practical help but does not need legal advice.
- Would benefit from one person keeping the agreed tasks organised.
Clear, practical administration
- Contacting banks, pension providers and insurers.
- Notifying organisations and closing accounts.
- Cancelling subscriptions and social media accounts.
- Organising information and documents for the solicitor.
- Creating an action list and tracking progress.
- Keeping the nominated family member informed.

Beyond Paperwork does not provide legal advice, undertake probate or replace the work of a solicitor. We agree the practical administration with the family and refer legal questions back to their solicitor.
